On CNBC's "Options Action", Dan Nathan spoke about unusually high options activity in SPDR S&P Biotech (ETF) (NYSE: XBI). He said the put options volume in the name was two times the average daily volume.

When the stock was trading at $86, a trader sold to close 3,000 contracts of the January 86 puts for $1.62 and bought to open 3,000 contracts of the January 83 puts for $0.50. The trade breaks even at $82.50 or 3.29 percent below the closing price Monday.
