On CNBC's "Mad Money", Jim Cramer said Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO) is a buy. He believes the stock is inexpensive and he sees more upside.

Cramer thinks the merger between CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS) and Entercom Communications Corp. (NYSE: ETM) is going to allow the new company to do well.

General Electric Company (NYSE: GE) is too low to sell, said Cramer.
