Guy Adami spoke on CNBC's "Fast Money" about Energy Select Sector SPDR (ETF) (NYSE: XLE). He thinks it might catch up with the rest of the market as the oil service names turn higher.

Brian Kelly is watching SPDR KBW Regional Banking (ETF) (NYSE: KRE). He hasn't bought the stock yet, because he is waiting for the market to turn higher.

Pete Najarian bought shares and calls in Goldman Sachs Group Inc (NYSE: GS) on Tuesday. He added that he bought Citigroup Inc (NYSE: C) on Monday. He noticed call options buying in both of them and he thinks that they're going higher.
