On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer said traders are selling Automatic Data Processing ADP because they're worried there aren't going to be three rate hikes this year. He thinks the sentiment about the interest rate hikes is going to change in the next couple of weeks and the market is going to start forecasting three rate hikes again. Automatic Data Processing is going to trade higher in that environment, believes Cramer.
Cramer doesn't want to buy Oclaro, Inc. OCLR, because it didn't trade higher after it reported better-than-expected earnings. He would rather buy Cisco Systems, Inc. CSCO.
