On CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Report, Pete Najarian said he noticed high options volume in AK Steel Holding Corporation AKS. Options traders were buying the March 18 calls in the first half of the session on Tuesday. The strike is 80 percent above the current market price, and 5,000 contracts were traded. Pete Najarian owns call options in AK Steel.

Jon Najarian spoke about options trading activity in iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Indx (ETF) EEM. Traders were buying the March 36.50 calls and he decided to follow the trade. He is planning to hold the position for at least a month.

John Fichthorn of Dialectic Capital commented that he doesn't understand call buying in iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Indx (ETF). He explained that there is a shortage of the U.S. dollar in the world and the emerging market crisis is one of the biggest risks on the table. He added that Donald Trump is going to repatriate $3 trillion which is going to make the U.S. dollar even more expensive.
