Najarian Brothers See Unusual Bullish Options Activity In Twitter, Microsoft

On CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Report, Jon Najarian spoke about bullish options activity in Twitter Inc (NYSE: TWTR). He said that traders were aggressively buying the March 21 calls and they pushed the premium up to $1.25. The trade breaks even at $22.25 or approximately 16.5 percent higher.

Najarian decided to follow the trade, but instead of buying only a call, he bought a call spread in Twitter.

Pete Najarian noticed that options traders were buying the February 60 calls in Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) in the morning session on Wednesday. Around 11,000 contracts were traded and they paid $2.40 for it. Pete Najarian owns the stock and he added to his position on Wednesday.
