Jim Cramer Shares His Thoughts On Vonage And Intersil

Jim Cramer spoke on CNBC's Mad Money about Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE: VG). He explained that he likes Nexmo, but he doesn't like the rest of the company, which is in decline.

Cramer advised his viewer to take profits in Intersil Corp (NASDAQ: ISIL). He thinks it's not going to continue its move higher. Instead of buying Intersil, he would buy NXP Semiconductors NV (NASDAQ: NXPI), NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) or Broadcom Ltd (NASDAQ: AVGO). His charitable trust fund owns NXP Semiconductors.
