CNBC's Options Action, Dan Nathan spoke about high options volume in
First Solar, Inc.FSLR. He noticed that calls outnumbered puts 4 to 1 on Wednesday.
When the stock was trading at $68, there was a buyer of 5,000 contracts of the April 75 calls for $1.90. The breakeven for the trade is at $76.90 or approximately 12 percent higher from the current price. Nathan added that the trader is playing for a break out in the stock.
