Minneapolis Fed President Says Rates May Need To Rise This Year

Narayana Kocherlakota, the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, said the federal funds rate may need to rise 75 basis points by late 2011, CNBC reported, citing the Wall Street Journal.
