Cramer: Market Could Be Up 10% If…

Today on CNBC, Jim Cramer said that if President Obama were to come out right now and say two things: (1) that Gaddafi should resign immediately or we're gonna make that happen with our allies, and (2) we're not going to let the pump go too high, “the market would be up 10%.” Cramer stressed that we're awash with oil in the U.S. right now, and that we've had the largest oil find in North Dakota in 40 years. Meanwhile, he says that natural gas has never gone above $4, even though we just had one of the coldest winters. Cramer also said that he's not happy with the market right now, but when it's down 10%-15%, he'd buy gold.
