Ann Kohler of Caris & Co. said on CNBC's Fast Money that ConocoPhillips
COP fundamentals improved in the last quarter. She explained that the improvement can be seen in refining margins, and oil and gas prices. She expects a good quarter from this company.
Robin Mesch likes ConocoPhillips (
COP). She believes that there isn't enough overhead volume to stop COP from advancing. Robin Mesch sees ConocoPhillips (
COP) at $68 or $75 in short order.
Mike Khouw said that options traders are not expecting a big move after the earnings report. He added that a slight pull back is more realistic. Mr. Khouw noted that there is a material amount of open interest in January 55 puts.

COP) gained 0.90% today, and closed at $61.67. COP is going to report earnings on October 27th.
