'Halftime Report' Final Trades: Uber, Jumia And National Retail Properties

On CNBC's "Fast Money Halftime Report," the investment committee gave their final trades.

Gilman Hill Asset Management CEO Jenny Harrington likes National Retail Properties, Inc. (NYSE: NNN) and notes the company has a 5% dividend yield with room to grow in the coming environment.

Ritholtz Wealth Management CEO Josh Brown likes Uber Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: UBER) and notes the stock is about to set a new 52-week high.

Short Hills Capital Partners' Stephen Weiss likes Jumia Technologies AG (NYSE: JMIA) and notes Baillie Gifford's 10% interest in the company should draw some upside to the stock.
