On CNBC’s “Squawk on the Street,” Jim Cramer weighed in on PayPal PYPL and Chinese stocks.

Cramer said to let PayPal settle, and then you’ll probably want to scoop some shares up. It has a better balance sheet than Bank of America BAC, according to Cramer.

“PayPal has had a better year than Bank of America," he said.

Cramer went on to discuss Chinese stocks amid developing news of Alibaba’s BABA Ant Group IPO suspension by Shanghai and Hong Kong exchanges.

Cramer recommends JD.com JD, Baidu BIDU and Alibaba on China strength.
