On CNBC's "Fast Money Halftime Report," Pete Najarian gave some unusual option activity plays.

Najarian sees unusual activity in:

• Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) April $305 calls
• iShares China Large-Cap ETF (NYSE:FXI) July $49 calls

The Facebook call options expire on April 30. Najarian mentioned he will hold the iShares China Large-Cap ETF position for approximately one to two months.
