On CNBC's "Options Action", Mike Khouw said there was an above average options trading activity in salesforce.com, inc. (NYSE: CRM) on Tuesday.

The most active options were the March 110 calls. Over 4,000 contracts were traded for the average price of $7.80. The trade breaks even at $117.80 or 1.14 percent above the current stock price.

The company is going to report earning on Wednesday and the options market is expecting a move of 4.2 percent in either direction.
