Mike Khouw Sees Unusual Options Activity In Salesforce

On CNBC's "Options Action", Mike Khouw said there was an above average options trading activity in salesforce.com, inc. CRM on Tuesday.

The most active options were the March 110 calls. Over 4,000 contracts were traded for the average price of $7.80. The trade breaks even at $117.80 or 1.14 percent above the current stock price.

The company is going to report earning on Wednesday and the options market is expecting a move of 4.2 percent in either direction.
