EUR/USD Trading Lower, Non Farm Payrolls Improve in France

EUR/USD is trading at 1.0642, down 0.0015. France's INSEE, (National Statistics Institute of Statistics and Economic studies) reported that non-farm private payrolls rose 04 percent during the fourth quarter after a 0.3 percent rise the third quarter. It was the best increase since the first quarter of 2007.
