EUR/USD Little Changed, German Retail Sales Falls

EUR/USD is trading at 1.0710, up 0.0003. Germany's Federal Statistics office reported that Germany's year over year retail sales fell 1.1 percent in December versus a 3.5 percent rise in November. On the month German December retail sales fell 0.9 percent versus a 1.7 percent decline in November.
