U.S. Dollar Index Higher, NAHB Housing Index Unchanged

The December U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 100.36, up 0.11. The U.S. dollar index is trading modestly choppy and a little higher on the session. The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) reported that it's housing market index was unchanged at 63 for November versus 63 in October.
