USDA Export Sales; Soybean Futures Little Lower

The USDA reported today that Soybean weekly export sales for the current marketing year for the period ending October 20th totaled 2,045,00 tonnes. Sales were up 2 percent from the previous week and up 12 percent from the four week average. Soymeal sales for the current year totaled 146,200 tonnes. Soybean Oil sales for the current year totaled 24,000 tonnes. November Soybeans are trading at 1008, down 2 cents/bushel. January Soybeans are trading at 1018 3/4, down 2 1/4 cents/bushel. December Soymeal is trading at 318.6, down 0.5 $/ton. December Soybean Oil is trading at 35.56, down 0.16 cents/lb. Trading is choppy and some early session gains have been erased.
