USD/CAD Trading Lower, BOC Leaves Rate at 0.5 percent.

USD/CAD is trading at 1.3069, down 0.0040. The pair is trading just above the session lows. The Bank of Canada (BOC) made no change to monetary policy. The BOC left its benchmark overnight rate unchanged at 0.5 percent. The Central Bank lowered it's growth forecast for GDP to 1.1 percent from 1.3 percent.
