Cocoa Futures Move Up

December New York Cocoa is trading at 2815, up 22 $/MT. March New York Cocoa is trading at 2762, up 11 $/MT. New York cocoa futures are trading choppy and just under the session highs after showing a lower trade early in the day. Market chatter about West African weather is constant. Talk about a possible global cocoa production surplus has led to some selling on rallies. In other New York Soft commodities; December Coffee is trading at 147.40, down 0.15 cents/lb. March Sugar is trading at 23.11, up 0.44 cents/lb. December Cotton is trading 69.01, up 0.41 cents/lb. November Orange Juice is trading at 199.95, up 3.05 cents/lb.
