December New York Cocoa is trading at 2900, up 3 $/MT. March New York Cocoa is trading at 2873, up 3 $/MT. New York cocoa futures are trading steady. Market chatter about global cocoa demand and West African weather is making the rounds. Cocoa futures will be closed Monday in observance of the U.S. Labor Day Holiday.
