USDA Daily Cattle Slaughter; Live Cattle Futures Sharply Higher

Tuesday's USDA cattle slaughter was 113,000 head versus a year ago at 111,000 head. October live cattle is trading at 107.77, up 2.70 cents/lb. December live cattle is trading at 109.42, up 2.40 cents/lb. February live cattle is trading at 109.40, up 2.05 cents/lb.
