The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 95.77, up 0.22. The U.S. Dollar Index is trading just under the session highs. The U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis reported that July personal income rose 0.4 percent versus rise of 0.3 percent in June. Personal Spending slowed to a rise of 0.3 percent versus a 0.5 percent rise in June. The July Core PCE Price Index rose 0.1 percent versus a 0.1 percent rise in June.
