Live Cattle Futures Trading Lower

October live cattle is trading at 113.65, down 0.32 cents/lb. December live cattle is trading at 114.62, down 0.50 cents/lb. Nearby August live cattle is trading at 115.57, down 0.35 cents/lb. Live cattle futures are trading lower just after the open Tuesday. Market chatter about cash prices, consumer demand and the U.S. Department of Agriculture's cattle-on-feed report is due out Friday is making the rounds.
