Canada's Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is scheduled to report housing starts at 8:15 a.m. ET. Trading has been largely rangebound. Statistics Canada is scheduled to release Canada's New House Price Index Thursday at 8:30 a.m. ET.
