Soybean Futures Trading Higher

September Soybeans are trading at 983 1/2 , up 10 cents/bushel. November Soybeans are trading at 967 1/4, up 10 1/2 cents/bushel. December Soymeal is trading at 327.4, up 3.4 $/ton. September Soybean Oil is trading at 30.44, down 0.20 cents/lb. Soybean futures are trading higher Friday morning. Market chatter about weather and the USDA crop reports due out next Friday is making the rounds. The USDA reported on Thursday that export sales the current marketing year as of July 28th are now 107.3 percent of the agency forecast versus the five year average of 102.9 percent. New crop sales are now 21 percent versus the five year average of 33.8 percent. Soymeal sales are 97.4 percent versus the five year average of 95.6 percent.
