August lean hogs are trading at 69.22, up 0.25 cents/lb. October lean hogs are trading at 59.45, up 0.40 cents /lb. December lean hogs are trading at 55.30, up 0.55 cents/lb Lean hog futures are trading higher just after the open. Market chatter about cash prices, the supply of hogs just ahead and consumer demand is making the rounds. Trading is choppy.
