USDA Export Sales, Beef and Pork

The USDA reported today that pork weekly export sales for the period ending July 21st totaled 10,700 tonnes. Sales were down 5 percent from the previous week and down 9 percent from the four week average.  Beef sales totaled 20,700 tonnes, up 44 percent from the previous week and up 45 percent from the four week average.
