Wheat Little Changed, Stats Canada Raises Wheat Estimates

March Chicago Wheat is trading at 479 1/2, up 3/4 cents/bushel. March Kansas City Wheat is trading at 477, up 1/2 cents/bushel. Statistics Canada reported that wheat production for 2015 is now 27.6 million tonnes versus 26.06 million tonnes in its previous report. French agricultural officials are estimating planted area at 5.22 million hectares for the 2016 wheat crop, a rise of 1.5 percent. The USDA is scheduled to release U.S. Crop Production and World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates Wednesday, December 9.
