U.S. Dollar Index Moves Down

The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 96.81, up 0.19.

Markit's July Flash PMI Services came out at 55.2 versus 54.8 and the composite PMI was at 55.2 versus 54.6. The Conference Board's Consumer Confidence came out at 90.9 versus 99.8.
