U.S. Dollar Index moves up

The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 97.65, up 0.37. Fed Chair Janet Yellen will testify today before the Senate Banking Committee. Initial jobless claims ,continuing claims are due out at 08:30 AM ET. The Philadelphia Fed survey for July and the NAHB Housing Market Index for July are due at 10:00 AM ET. Long-Term TIC Flows for May is scheduled for release late this afternoon.
