S&P 500 index futures are unchanged at 2116.50 in Wednesday's session. The index has spent the majority of the session in the red and is approaching the highs of the after-hours session at 2118.50.
The index is being lead by its top three components. Apple Inc. AAPL shares were trading higher by $2 at $129.03. Microsoft MSFT and Exxon Mobil XOM were also posting modest gains.
Leading the way on the downside are Berkshire Hathaway Class B (NYSE: BRK-B) shares, which were trading lower by $0.54 at $140.80.
