U.S. Dollar Index Little higher

The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 95.91, up 0.19. Trading has been choppy. Wholesale Inventories for April came out at up 0.4%. The JOLTS Job Openings came out at 5.376 million versus 5.109 million. The U.S. Treasury budget statement is due out at 2:00 PM ET.
