N.Y. Cocoa futures are little changed Tuesday morning. July Cocoa is trading at 3130, down 10. September Cocoa is trading at 3115, down 10. Market chatter about weather and currency values continues to keep trading active. Market talk of global cocoa production deficits and tight nearby supplies has been supportive. Recent price increases has led to some chatter about reluctance by end-users to pay the high prices.
