Lean Hogs Sharply Higher

Thursday's USDA hog slaughter was 428,000 head versus a year ago at 417,000 head. Lean Hog ended Thursday's session trading sharply higher and near the highs of the day. At last check June Hogs were trading at 78.02, up 2.97 and August Lean Hogs were trading at 79.57, up 1.70.
