USD/CAD Moves Down

USD/CAD is trading at 1.2561. The pair has moved down a little Monday afternoon as crude oil prices have rebounded a little off the lows. Market talk out of Nigeria about a possible emergency meeting for OPEC if oil prices continue to move lower. Market chatter for USD/CAD regarding Tuesday's congressional testimony by Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen on the state of the U.S. economy is also making the rounds.
