U.S. Dollar Index Higher
The March U.S. Dollar Index is trading a bit higher at 94.49, up 0.34 Wednesday as Europe prepares to wind down trading for the day. Trading has been choppy and range-bound during a mostly higher session.
The USD/CAD is trading a little higher, mostly in reaction to choppy and lower crude oil prices. Market talk about short-term sellers of USD/CAD exiting positions ahead of the FOMC minutes is making the rounds. The USD/CAD is up 0.0065 at 1.2455.
