Wheat Futures Down Tuesday Morning

March Chicago Wheat is trading at 530 3/4, down 2 cents. March Kansas City Wheat is trading at 575 3/4, down 1 1/4 cents. Some chatter about stress in Eastern Europe is supportive. Market talk is about France, Ukraine, Argentina selling wheat cheaper than the United States. France has a large inventory. EU soft wheat exports expected to be about 8 to 10 percent higher this year. The soft euro is helping the EU gain market share.
