USDA Cold Storage Report

The USDA monthly Cold Storage Report showed that as of November 30, frozen pork stocks in the nations freezers were 485.7 million pounds. Frozen beef stocks were 396.6 million pounds. Total red-meat was 919 million pounds. There was no real reaction in the futures markets as trading is thin. Livestock closes at 1:15 p.m. ET on Wednesday, December 24. Livestock has a normal open at 9:00 a.m. ET on Friday, December 26.
