Stocks That Have Crossed 52-Week Highs (CYBS, DCTH, DISCA, ESCA, FITB)

CyberSource Corporation (NASDAQ: CYBS) crossed its earlier 52-week high of $21.17 and created a new 52-week high of $25.62, up 31.82%.VISA Inc is set to acquire CYBS in a $2 billion deal.

Delcath Systems, Inc (NASDAQ: DCTH) rose 3.11% to $10.93 on total volume of 601,090 shares, as compared to the average volume of 886,117. DCTH is set to present its Phase III trial data during the annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology 2010 A in Chicago.

Discovery Communications, Inc (NASDAQ: DISCA) was another stock that made a new 52-week high at $36.45, before slipping to $36.38, marking 0.72% growth at 1:17 am. MKM Partners initiated coverage of DISCA with a “buy” rating.

Escalade, Incorporated (NASDAQ: ESCA) today broke its previous 52-week high and made a new high at $4.38, reflecting a gain of 5.64%. ESCA had recently reported profits for its Q1.

Fifth Third Bancorp (NASDAQ: FITB) crossed its earlier 52-week high of $15.08 and created a new 52-week high of $15.25. Currently the stock is trading at $15.13, reflecting a rise of 2.23%. FITB’s CEO said at the annual meeting that the firm is positioned to emerge as one of the best-performing regional banks.
