PacWest Bancorp Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.01

The Board of Directors of PacWest Bancorp

declared today a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per common share. The cash dividend is payable on September 3, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 23, 2010. PacWest Bancorp is a bank holding company with $5.2 billion in assets as of June 30, 2010, with one wholly-owned banking subsidiary, Pacific Western Bank.
