shares are trading sharply lower by $3.07 at $15.00 in Wednesday's session. The catalyst for the decline a Q4 earnings miss ($0,43 vs. Est. $0.45) on lower sales ($152,6M vs. Est $160.3M). In addition, the company lower guidance for Q1 sales and EPS (103M-$109M vs $122M Est., EPS $0.00-$0.03 vs $0.16 Est.). Finally the company forecasts FY16 EPS $0.82-$0.92 vs Est. $1.19 , Sales $510M-$525M vs Est. $567M. The issue, which made its all time high in May 2011 at $52.36 has made a new all time in today's reaching $14.81 before attempting to rebound into the $15.00 handle. The Street was leaning the right way in the issue as it has already declined from its February 27 close ($19.99) to Tuesday's close $18.07, with half of the decline taking place over the last two days.
