Skullcandy Down 7.5% on CFO Departure
Skullcandy (NASDAQ: SKUL) is trading lower on the session following the announcement that its CFO, Mitch Edward, is resigning. The company said it has launched an active search for a new CFO and retained Gent & Associates to lead this search.
Jeremy Andrus, Skullcandy's President and CEO said: "Mr. Edwards has played a significant role at the company and was instrumental in the IPO process and our transition to a public company, as well as in closing two important acquisitions. We thank him for his many contributions and wish him the best in his future endeavors."
Skullcandy is currently trading at $13.72, a loss of $1.11 or 7.48%.
