is trading lower on the session following reports from yesterday stating that the company received a note from the regulators regarding Jda's accounting practices. The company's CEO, Hamish Brewer said: "This matter appears to be focused on the timing of revenue recognition rather than existence of the revenue." Jda Software is currently trading at $24.33, a loss of $5.14 or 17.45%.
