shares are trading lower by $0.77 at $33.76 in Wednesday's session. A Morgan Stanley downgrade to Underweight from Overweight and its price target being lowered from $49.00 to $33.00, coupled with a $28k fine by NHTSA has put selling pressure on the issue. GM has yet to test its March 14 low ($33.57).
