Speakers Announced For Annual WeedStock Conference

Southfield, Michigan - September 7, 2015 - Initial programming has been announced for the WeedStock Conference, an annual cannabis investors conference taking place in Denver on October 12 - 13.

The event will feature a panel of Canadian-based CEOs, discussing Canada’s cannabis sector and its favorable investment environment. This will be the first discussion of its kind in the United States.

Panelists for this session will include Bruce Linton, CEO of Tweed Inc., a leading Canadian marijuana supplier, and Paul Rosen, CEO of PharmaCan Capital, a key financier of medical marijuana companies in Canada.

Attendees can also expect to hear about the state of the industry and its investment environment from expert analyst Alan Brochstein of 420 Investor.

Other programming includes a presentation on Regulation A+, a newly revamped securities regulation that allows accredited and nonaccredited investors invest in private companies, by Bredna Hamilton of Securities Lawyer 101 and Michael T. Williams of Go Public Direct.

A panel focusing purely investment in the cannabis sector will feature Morgan Paxhia, managing director of Poseidon Asset Management, and Ken Greer, founder & managing director or Green Sage Merchant Bank.

Surna Inc.’s Stephen Keen will give a presentation on the technology the company utilizes to provides equipment to control the environment for indoor cannabis operations.
