Black Smoke From Reactor No. 3

Black smoke was

rising from Japan's Fukushima nuclear plant at approximately 0720 GMT -NHK. The smoke is coming from the building that houses the No. 3 reactor. Dangerous levels of radioactive iodine are also present in the tap water. Workers have been asked to evacuate the premises.
