What does your company do?

SAF Platform is a fintech firm offering an SaaS platform to automate the manual processes and workflows for institutional investors and asset managers using alternative investments.

We believe that rapid growth and expansion across alternative investments in the coming years will force industry participants — including fund managers, asset allocators, fund administrators and asset custodians — to seek out platform technology solutions that allow their systems, processes and data to inter-operate and reduce current operational friction.

Who are your customers?

SAF Platform is powering alternative investments for institutional investors and asset managers. Investor examples include endowments, foundations and family offices. Manager examples include private equity, real estate and hedge funds.

How long have you been in business?

SAF Platform was established in 2015.

Where are you located?

SAF Platform is located in New York City’s Flatiron district.

Who is your company's leadership? What kind of experience do they have?

The bedrock of our firm culture is the steadfast ideals with which we build our team. We value most integrity, accountability and creativity in our mission to give clients control over alternative investments.

In terms of the team’s experience, it ranges from DNA sequencing, game development, financial payments, UX studies, technology marketing and financial services with work experience spanning a wide array of firms such as Microsoft, Claritas, General Assembly, Aon and Goldman Sachs. The team brings a range of skill sets that allow them to be successful vertically as well as horizontally across the business. The combination of industry knowledge and the teams' forward-looking approach to technology drives our success.
