For this installment, we spoke with Trigger Finance CEO Rachel Mayer.

Trigger Finance is an award-winning, mobile-first investing platform that helps remove emotion from the investing process by investing through simple “IF this, THEN that” rules. Simply link your existing brokerage account and immediately begin investing and creating triggers around your portfolio. Trigger most recently released Trump triggers, which have gone a bit viral in just a short span of time.

The company was founded in summer of 2015, and we launched the product for iOS in Summer 2016.

The Trigger team is highly technical with backgrounds spanning finance and trading JPM) and tech GOOG GOOGL) and has years of experience shipping novel mobile experiences. The leadership team include Rachel Mayer (CEO), Zafrir Schop (chief technology officer) and Adrian Soghoian (chief operations officer).
